When life presents opportunities, it is the most aware among us that seize and create. After a lifetime of service and leadership in multiple industries, Suzanne Frazier rediscovered her artistic roots. A few classes in art led to a full blown fine art degree- 20 years after she finished college the first time.
With a huge shift in her life, Suzanne embraced her artistic calling and went on to perfect what she calls her contemplative process- creating art through a meditative awakening and a contemplation of one's connectedness to the world around them. She began to teach classes in her unique style and to this day enjoys sharing her wisdom with other seekers and creatives. This interview is a deep dive into the contemplative art form and we are grateful for Suzanne sharing her lifetime of experiences and wisdom.
